I have been loving everyone’s squares, so many great shadows. If you have not yet joined us this month then you have until the 30th November.

I am squaring daily and mostly focusing on dark shapes, silhouettes and reflective shadows but you don’t need to do the same! The dictionaries highlight that shadows can also be an illusory image, a remnant of a thing, an imitation, an inseparable companion and of course partial light. The only thing you have to remember is to stay square with your November Shadows.
Ahh, lovely.

A very moody image. A bit like that here today! I have now discovered why I haven’t seen your post in the Reader for the last few days – apparently I was unsubscribed! How peculiar. Anyway I have resubscribed so hopefully I won’t miss you in the future.
Tired eyes today, but more sorting to do. Little and slowly is my motto. After a sandwich and coffee!

Little and slowly is just perfect, glad you are taking care of yourself xx

How lovely are clouds! I have no idea how many squares made it into my somewhat lengthy post, but there are several… sorry! xx

What a gorgeous – er – sunrise? No, I’m thinking sunset …? … Here’s mine, inspired by yours yesterday: https://margaret21.com/2025/11/23/monday-portraits-all-about-herons/

Seeing your post now in the Reader, I see it’s a sunset, but that sentence doesn’t seem to appear in the actual post. How odd!

ah that’s the excerpt – I thought only appeared under the posts and in emails, but obviously reader too!
