Amber means you need to sort, not immediately but soon. So I am 15 months in and sorting it!

Well, the savings have taken another dent but nothing too dramatic fortunately. Although having said that there is another problem still to be addressed which wasn’t picked up by surveyor. Hopefully that won’t be too much either.
