I was looking for an ocean view to follow on from the theme announcement when I came across this fun video I took on the Cornish coastline in December 2022. With the help of Clideo (hence the watermark) I’ve even managed to square it! Isn’t this a fabulous move forward. I watch something different every loop.
If you have yet not joined me and the rest of the Squares Gang, then don’t panic there is plenty of time to do so and you also have a choice on the theme this month. Your squares could move forward like mine are today, or you can reconstruct like I did yesterday, renew or go all out with burgeoning. It is totally up to you how you interpret the themes, and also your choice as to how often you square. I will visit every post, although as I mentioned yesterday, I am busy today moving between temporary homes so if you post today it might be tomorrow before I visit your square.
Some of you may have noticed my title is a 6WS as I like to occasionally link with other challenges when Squaring. It is a great way to invite new Squarers and catch up with old friends. What is also a bonus (especially for me when catching up after a day away) is using the tag #SquaresRenew. All of this though is optional, as you know the only must is that;
Your photograph must be square in shape

And for those who like facts; sea foam or spume is formed when dissolved organic matter in the ocean is agitated by wind and wave. Generally it is harmless, although if there are sewage outlets or toxins close to where it forms it will be best avoided. Likewise when the coastline disappears under it during major storms. You can discover more on it here.

It’s birds on the move tomorrow. It’s going to be a very buggy year and I think all will be well. I watched them all over my property today. There were cardinals in the trees and robins on the lawn — and woodpeckers everywhere. The birds are on the move.
I always though foam on the water was a sign of pollution, often soapy water. Maybe it’s different in the ocean rather than in lakes. Love the mini video!

I very much look forward to seeing the birds 🙂
and yes it is interesting isn’t it, that it isn’t always pollution

What fun! I was going to chastised you for being in Cornwall and not visiting me but Sandymouth is barely in Cornwall. I think I stayed in a caravan there when I was 8 years old. Love the dog shot, but who does Daisy belong to?
BTW happy moving day.

Next time I will make sure I venture into proper Cornwall!
Daisy is my youngest stepdaughters Cockerpoo, although she looks like 100% spaniel
