I am a week late for Cee’s Interesting Perspectives, but I know she’ll forgive me.

It has been a busy week leaving my home of 24 years and Robert’s home of even more years. It was the home where we first socialised, the home we got married from and the home where he died. So you can imagine the emotions on leaving. There are though some positives as the move means I can also begin to move forward with my grief and with my life. I have yet to find a new permanent home but I am living somewhere very beautiful and very safe. I am with my mum for a while and within a few minutes of her front door there are many ‘Interesting Perspectives’ of Glastonbury Tor. You may need your magnifying glass to spot the tower on the tor, but you should be able to spot the hill itself!
The time with your mom will be special. The leaving of a family home is incredibly hard. It’s definitely a moving on step and even that’s hard. It’s good to see you here blogging about the interesting perspective. Take care and I hope you can get outside to enjoy them.

This sounds like a very good space to be in, Becky. All the best to you, my dear.
