Very grey day today in my part of Hampshire. Unfortunately today’s grey isn’t as atmospheric as the grey Mum and I experienced last week at Stourhead.
PS this wasn’t on the nikon but on the smartphone as I forgotten the golden rule of always having your camera on you, even in a place you know well!

I’d say your phone camera did quite well. It’s only a matter of time before the DSLR goes the way of the Kodak Brownie.

And yes I agree. In fact I think it already has for many……I do though still need my DSLR for my birding shots. A good zoom essential

Was most odd…..the best bit was the low cloud meant most people delayed their visit so we had the gardens almost to ourselves.
