Where has the time gone? The last couple of weeks of this month seem to have flown past.
It has been such a fun month and your geometry has been fabulous; no wonder the balloons are out. I have also loved being able to share so many squares from my North American trip and I can’t wait to share more of that holiday. Probably with a few more in oblongs though! But those are posts for another day, today it is all square at the diner in Truckee.

I love old diners!

Thanks for sharing your trip. The Tukee Diner made me smile. Here’s my little trip from yesterday.

American diners are so fab, and this one looks especially so. Bring on the all-day breakfast frittata!

A classic American diner, and still with booth service! Good to see they’re still around. A classic color scheme too. Here’s mine today: https://grahamsisland.com/2025/01/30/an-uplifting-experience/

To be honest, I never could work out what the actual purpose of the structure is. Yes, it’s kind of a ponton half bridge reaching into the lake but it’s not like the view from there is any better than from the banks or would be from a narrow bridge – on the contrary.
