As you know staying square and counting to seven is essential, consequently this square almost didn’t make it into the #SevenforSeptember collection because initially every time I cropped I ended up with more than seven plates. So I am glad I finally managed to work it out as it was important to me to include a photograph of this particular place.

Thank you to everyone who has joined in this challenge already this month. Your squares have been so creative. They have also helped me enormously on my griefy days as I take my first holiday since widowhood. So thank you all again.

  5. I tried cropping, compressing, redoing — but I had nothing new to show. Mostly, it’s all flowers, trees (LOTS of trees) and well, more birds and flowers. I think I don’t get out enough. I really tried yesterday to find just ONE image that wasn’t a bird, flower or tree. As time marched on towards midnight, I gave up. I really tried far more than I usually do to come up with that premiere photos for you. Seven is clearly NOT my number.
