The countdown to the end of September Squares has begun, but I am not even halfway through my holiday which means I am still confused about time zones! However I am not confused about today’s date as my dad if he had still been alive would have been 89 today.

If you haven’t yet Squared this month then after today you only have seven days left, but in a way that makes it the perfect time to join in the fun of #SevenForSeptember!
Here are my 7 squares

yeah I am thankful that for the next two weeks no more time changes, although still lots of miles to cover

Darn WP gremlins. I didn’t see this post until this am. Now I am a day late adding my link, and I was hoping for 100% for squaring every day, but somehow, I missed posting yesterday and didn’t see yours. Oh, well. That is a lovely view, so quiet and peaceful with just the gentle flow of the water.

well you haven’t missed a day in my book – just put it down to time zone variations!

PS it looks quieter than it actually was as the water was flowing quite fast over the weir!

Well, we’re going to need to see a photo of that, you driving, top down, sunglasses on, hair blowing in the wind, and a big smile suitable for the occasion!

hee hee – promise I’ll sort a photo, Probably once I am up at the lake and away from the freeways. I also have to discover how to get the top down!! Not really spent any time understanding the car yet – was just so anxious to get on the road after an hour’s queue to pick it up!

Seems July was a misty month where you live too! A pretty scene. Reminiscent of Ludlow. I hope you are thinking happy memories of your dad. It’s been nearly 23 years since mine died, but with dementia I lost him several years before that.

Like you lost Dad to dementia, horrible disease
and yes very misty at times in July and also in August. It’s the combination of both a river and canal I think in the valley.

It looks very restful, Becky.

I never thought I would make it to the end of September. The 7’s may end but the memories of the fun won’t. 🙂
