awww thank you so much, and thank you also for joining in with squares. I will visit your post shortly – having a few problems with WP today and so if my comments don’t appear in next couple of hours so check your spam. And if still not there, let me know and I will try again
I’m guessing by local flights? A bit too far apart for driving, though I would have loved to have driven up the PCH between SF and Seattle. Lake Tahoe looks lovely.
thanks Sue – sorry taken me a while to reply. Having an absolute nightmare with WP today – it keeps logging me out and then refusing to log me back in. Lost count at around the 20th occurrence!
I love the thoughts of do nothing but do lots anyway as you are somewhere different.
It will be ever so good for you.
I spent last night doing a whole lot of scheduling as I have to have a very minor operation on my hand and didn’t want to miss squaring just in case.
it is somewhere I have been going since 1979, so it is okay to rest there for a little bit. Andtalking of rest hope you are going to be sensible after your op – is someone coming to stay with you?
Yes I have company for the first night and I’ll see how I go after that. I should be OK.
People are busy but I can get drop ins if needed. I can do some things left handed
Looks like a very peaceful time of day there. 🙂

What a beautiful, tranquil scene! When you revisit you must tell us more about it 🙂
I have a second set of squares for you today and hope to fit in at least one more before I go away later in the month: https://www.toonsarah-travels.blog/gallery-seeing-seven-birds-in-black-and-white/

I will, and yay if you can but don’t worry if it is too much to fit it in.

your count is spot on Becky though I was distracted by the superb sunset view at first – I’ve stretched the point though

Such a lovely scene. So where is this? I know you are going to the USA on Friday, but not the itinerary. San Francisco? This looks much more tranquil.

This is Lake Tahoe – about 4hrs drive from San Francisco. I am doing both as well as Miami, LA and Portland!

Only one internal flight – otherwise trains and driving!

Thanks for pointing out the red light. It’s another sneaking counting one. Here is my second fairytale one: https://picturesimperfectblog.com/2024/09/11/seven-in-fairytales-ii/

I can’t wait to get here as will be my first chance to properly unpack the suitcase and do nothing for a few days.
