I seem to be in counting mode at the moment, but remember you can do other things with #SevenforSeptember like share a photograph that was taken at 7am, or 7 months ago or was taken in the seventh month whether that’s this month or the modern one of July.

Before you also start having fun with the flexibility of the number seven this month let me remind you of the challenge rules;
- it is a daily challenge but many are posting every 7 days, a few might post just once and a couple of other Squarers have said they plan a total of seven posts for the month.
- pingback via your post and you may also want to add your link with a comment on one of my daily square posts.
- please do use this month’s hashtag SevenforSeptember as it will help me enormously when I get round to the second gallery. (Here’s the first gallery in case you missed it)
- as you can see pretty relaxed rules apart from one absolute; your main image must be Square in shape!

Cool shot of the wind turbines!

thank you, and love yours. So pretty. Sorry taken me a while to visit. Was travelling much of yesterday, and whilst I did get back home in afternoon then got caught up with house stuff

thanks Cee – and sorry taken me so long to reply. Was one of those busy days yesterday and then have had a nightmare with WP this morning

Tell me about it! Took me ages to find an acceptable angle at the local wind farm. Not sure when I’ll post that since I seem to keep adding to my list of options! Here’s today’s: https://grahamsisland.com/2024/09/10/the-numbers-game-38/

I like the bird way up there, and love seeing these wind machines. They look like aliens to me!

I see others have mentioned that stray blade/arm in the second photo, so I won’t 😆 But unless I am going mad there are eight turbines in the first shot?! Six together in the centre, one on the far right, and one between them sideways on with the blades less obvious? Sorry!!

I have some wind turbines set up as well for later in the month. More purposeful (the seven presented themselves) but without a raptor. The more’s the pity.
For now I am starting a small series within the Sevens: https://picturesimperfectblog.com/2024/09/10/seven-in-fairytales-i/

Oooh this sounds intriguing 🤔 on a train at moment but will be straight over to have a look once I’m home

I can’t help counting and I am not even doing that for the challenge, but it is hard not to when visiting other squarers. Like BB I would have cloned out that bit of intruding arm. Happy days in today’s photo.

I did consider it but I hate doing that kind of edit, plus I knew you’d all love pointing it out 😉😅

I think you love a challenge!! It used to be a challenge getting used to those windy things!! Didn’t they say that same thing about the first automobiles? Now they are just part of the background.
