This was going to be a silent seven as it is Sunday, but I wanted to link back to the rainbows on day two. So I gave up on the idea of being wordless!

You may recall I took this photograph on the seventh day of what is now the seventh month. It may have even been within the seventh hour as back in the early summer I had thought I might take a daily photo at that time. Sadly I wasn’t that organised but who knows maybe that could be a theme for a future squares challenge.
Love mirror perfect reflections 👏 Mine for today: https://jezbraithwaite.blog/2024/09/08/july-over-the-years-5-sevenforseptember/

What a glorious shot, Becky! What is that pool you’re looking out on- is it part of a spa? And have you bought the house or just renting? Sometimes the comments give the information, sometimes not. That’s a window on the world to love, but I saw the comment about Robert and smiled.
I love watching the sky. Last night at the Fado concert the light was just fading and we had the loveliest mackerel sky. I’ve spent too much time there and am struggling to keep up.

awww thanks, getting the window at right angle was probably the hardest bit as it is an enormous window and not easy to keep still

it doesn’t look like that today. Very grey and very wet, although perhaps I should see if I can get a reflection to compare

That is a fabulous view Becky. I agree, Robert would have loved this house 🥰

awww thanks Brian. Don;t think we would have bought the house though as only I would have been able to walk up to the window. Ceiling drops to 5ft 3 at this point!!

I guess that does make it off the cards. Anyway I bet there’s no book storage either lol

well I have managed to get more than 3000 books in house, but guess you are right. As you know 3000 is just a drop in the ocean compared to what I did have in the house!

3000 pft but I guess in a 5’3″ room it’s floor to ceiling 😂

It is such a quiet place, you would never know the centre of town is only a couple of minutes walk away
