You all missed counting so much yesterday I thought I’d better mention this is definitely a counting one, although the 7th is hard to see. This square makes me smile; we came across them at the end of a rather lovely walk in the east Algarve.

Do hope you are enjoying celebrating seven years of the Squares Challenge as much as I am. There has been so much variety to date. If you have not yet joined in then there is still plenty of time as the challenge is active until the end of the month.

Just remember that your main photograph must be square, and that the theme is #SevenforSeptember. Which is why this even cuter goats picture taken on another walk didn’t make it as my main image.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – as there is an up in my title can I mention pop-ups again! I am on a mission to get rid of that subscription pop-up box that appears every time someone leaves a comment. If you are reading this and have a WP blog, can you in a moment go to ‘Newsletter Settings’. You will find it listed in the main Settings menu on the Dashboard. Then unclick the one that says ‘enable subscription pop-up for commenters’. The readers of your blog will be delighted if you do this!
Good one, too. I also have another hidden picture puzzle one: https://thesquaresofb.com/2024/09/05/seven-squares-5/

Good one, but I am struggling to imagine the 7th one. If my guess is correct, the 7th one seen on the left side is getting overlapped by its friend. 😃

Yes, that’s it – so difficult to see but definitely a 7th there 🙂

I get it. Thank you.

That is a sneaky one over on the left (benefits of working on a Macbook & not a phone!!!) 😂 Mine for today: https://jezbraithwaite.blog/2024/09/05/july-over-the-years-3-sevenforseptember/

Only got 6, but having enlarged the bottoms as far as I am prepared to go I shall give up! Good luck on your pop-up mission. The ones which float up mid-read are just as annoying, if not more so, so I unticked them all.

Done that! Nearly forgot to save the change in settings. It’s been a while since I saw a herd, Becky. Almost walking season again.

These are cute. But since I am just on my phone, pardon me for not finding the 7th. Or is my brain just not working? Haha

ooh yes be difficult on your phone. One of them seems to have two tails but actually it is another goat to its right

I guess I see it now, but still unsure. I better let these bottoms rest before I get cross eyed haha Have a good day Becky.

Cute but smelly. I don’t want one even though I have the pasture space for it!

ah yes forgotten that side of them in my desire to have a couple!

must admit generally don’t notice it in Portugal but think that’s because they tend to be moved throughout the day

It’s taken me a while … But I’ve found the 7th. Lovely post. Gotta love a goat. Or 7.

well done – I must admit it also took me multiple multiple checks that it really was a 7th bottom!

How could you not love a goat bottom or seven 😁 I am not counting your photos as I know it will be perfect.
I may cause some counting though

I know they are so adorable. I would love to have a goat or two of my own but no space at my place. I’d be having to walk them daily like these ones!

You don’t want a goat. They are the naughtiest. My friend has goats and they are always escaping and eating her garden
