Hmm, have no wish to drown myself so shall leave that to others. Good photo though, and I like the metaphorical sense of the phrase. Right back at ya there!
That’s such a lovely expression. It’s been great having you around again, Becky and I’ve been really happy to share some of your memories. Hopefully I can join in again next week.
That would be amazing if you could, but I’m happy with how many times you have already participated – a real treat. Off now to explore the rest of Ronda with you
I have a couple of Algarve squares in mind, Becky, but it’s just fitting them in around the deluge of Spain. We’re off to visit friends in Brittany in a couple of weeks time and I wanted to finish the Spanish episode before I go. It’s not posting them, but replying to and visiting everyone isn’t easy… as you know very well! Another gallery upcoming?
thanks Margaret, and yes you are so right about it being right for the start of this weekend. If only I could say that I had planned it, but do you know I totally forgot when preparing squares it was a holiday weekend!
Lovely! I got a memory flash back of a time my uncle went surfing, not quite managing all part of it for example how to turn around and went further and further out to sea. We had to find someone with a boat to go out and rescue him and tow him back to the shore again. Quite an adventure! 🙂

Thanks Anabel, and like you I am going to leave the surfing to others. Would be happy to do it if there was a guarantee I didn’t fall in though!

My experience with wind surfing was a failure, though I certainly had fun trying. Chilly southerly wind here today.

so impressed you tried and had fun trying even if it turned out not to be your thing!

btw had to rescue your pingback from the spam box. Not first time I have done that recently – the WP gremlins need to be spoken to!

Sometimes akismet doesn’t like links on posts or maybe WP is tone deaf 😂

That must take some skill and plenty of core strength. Great photo.
