It’s Monday here now but we had a fabulous weekend, with our daughter and little grandson visiting. it was lovely to spend a good length of time playing with him. Glad you’re safely home again.
Enjoy your time in the old country. Are you there through the summer? Yesterday (now) I had a great swim and an encounter in my own backyard that emphasized just how amazing nature can be! More on that in a couple of days.
I was there in June 1991 with three of my four offspring. We went by bus from Penzance to St Ives. Whilst at LE there was an almighty thunderstorm. It’s a tacky tourist place, but the scenery is beautiful. I wish they’d just get rid of all the tat.
I’m going into central London this afternoon for the march for Ukraine. You’ve timed your return poorly, as others have said – chilly weather forecast to return next week 😦
Spring Garden Fair in Estoi this morning and Music in the Churches in Tavira tonight. I believe you are flying back to the UK? Safe trip! It’s gone so quickly.

Hope you had a safe landing. We went to Edinburgh – second time in two weeks. What gadabouts!
