Sometimes it is not the tennis that you end up watching at Wimbledon, but what is happening around the court. Well that’s my excuse for having some rather odd shots!

It is the penultimate day of the February Squares Challenge and as you can see from my shots, the theme of odd means anything goes as long as your image has four equal sides!
I enjoyed these, Becky. I’ll be sorry to see “odds” end tomorrow.

So glad you have enjoyed it too, and yes I know can’t quite believe all over tomorrow. The downside of a short month!

I’m sure you’ll be glad of the break, though, even though it’s been so much fun.

Yes a little part of me does appreciate the downtime after squares has finished!

You begin to wonder what was actually happening on the court!

They were probably too busy trying to photograph celebrities 😂

Those camera people make me chuckle, Becky, pointing this way and that, and missing the action directly in front of them! 😀
I have an odd post for today: https://wp.me/pVkLb-5Ns

I so adore your photo with all the cameras and huge lenses pointing in opposing directions. Great photo duo. 😀 😀
Here is my last flower entry for the month.

I love watching Wimbledon, but have never been there in person. A colleague from Sheffield used to go every year.

well worth trying in the ballot, the only downside is that you never know what day you will get so your tickets might be for the final which is expensive! You can though always refuse the tickets

I think I’ll stick to the TV coverage.

Those big lenses do seem comical pointing in their different directions. The marketing people will be delighted by their product positioning, although it does imply the umpire has a terrific thirst. It’s funny how the lines in the second shot make it appear not to be square. I doubted you enough to roughly measure, all the while thinking, “Surely the SquaresLady wouldn’t…”
