Where is July going? I am sure it was only the day before yesterday that #TreeSquare commenced! I wonder how many different trees we have seen so far this month. This acer began life in a pot on our patio, but a few years ago we thought we’d release it. It is thriving despite our chalky soil, probably because I regularly feed it.
By the way it isn’t too late to join in the fun of #TreeSquare. To join us create your square post and include a pingback to any of my daily square posts. The theme as you have probably gather is trees, but the only absolute rule for joining in with Squares is that your photograph must be square in shape!
Such lovely acer colours in this photo.

It is probably our favourite acer in the garden.

Oh I love the sunshine through the trees! That would be a good theme, I have a few photos that would be fun to share like this. I just love your post! Here is a new one from me today. Thank you for all you do, these challenges must be a lot of work but so very cool! 😀

What a lovely photo this is! We had brilliant sunshine this morning too – it melted the frost! We had our coldest July morning since 2004. It warmed up to be a beautiful day though.

oh wow frost! Forgotten what that is like – another gorgeous day here, and there’s a slight breeze too

I heard on the news that our frosty day was the coldest day since 2004! We hardly ever get frost so it was a treat to see it. Luckily all our garden plants are either well protected or hardy enough to survive. No frost this morning!

I seem to think that I’ve used a square of Quaking Aspens already but they were by far the most common tree in the part of Saskatchewan I lived in. My first of two for day 22:

Lovely to grow your own trees! I think WP is playing with me today as I´m having trouble seeing images, hopefully matters will get solved during the day.
