It’s Friday which means that it is time for Cee’s and Marsha’s Photographing Public Art Challenge. This week I think it is Cee’s turn to explore art in public places, and I thought this sculpture with tree in Olhão would be perfect for both #TreeSquare and #PPAC. It is part of a public sculpture trail in the back streets of Olhao, and many of you may recall the unusual tale behind it from Blue Squares. Ooh blue, if it worked for blue squares maybe Jude will like it for her month of blue.

Don’t know what happened to my comment and link from this morning, but I remember that post from before. Here’s my link again: https://grahamsisland.com/2021/07/09/surfing-at-pine-trees/

I am so taken by this installation – it is a live tree interacting with sculpture people? I love it when art becomes part of the environment!

Happy Friday and what a wonderful tree art work and to be able to hook into several challenges is awesome! I should learn to do this as there are many other challenges as well. But for now here is my TreeSquare Challenge for today!
