I am also feeling bright as this afternoon I’m receiving my first vaccine. Finally old enough, it is so exciting! However as positive as a vaccine is, it does raise the slight possibility I’ll be offline later. All being well though I won’t react and so looking forward to catching up with all your lovely comments and fabulous pingbacks later.
Although I’ll probably should mention I will be offline for part of tomorrow too. I’ll explain why in the morning, it is an even better excuse than today’s vaccine!
Good luck with your vaccination! My husband had his second yesterday but I have to wait till May for my second. I’m glad you are enjoying Spring, so am I https://somerville66.blogspot.com/2021/04/bright-squarechallenge-21.html

I am sure all will be well Becky. I am planning a few schedules so the pingbacks will be all over the place for the rest of the month probably 🙂

Happy jabs, Becky!
I’ve been enjoying our sun and bursts of warmth. And May is not too far away now 🙂
I’ve got a London version of your bright waterside stroll: https://travelwithintent.com/2021/04/21/one-bright-day/

Thanks Debbie, and hasn’t the recent sunshine been glorious. Hoping May gets rids of this north easterly wind!

Good luck Becky! You soon forget about not feeling great, even if that happens to you, which it may not. It’s all worth it! I’m back off to the Farne Islands today – hope you don’t mind sharing with Tina: https://margaret21.com/2021/04/21/taking-flight/

That’s a very tempting shot! The view, not the vaccine, though I hope all goes well. Which type are you having? I understand the advice is to have a restful day afterwards so I hope you’re not planning to do too much. 🙂 🙂

Thanks Jo, almost certainly AstroZenca but won’t know until the moment of inoculation. Kinda restful tomorrow but it is another auspicious day so a few things planned

I had AZ, my husband Pfizer. We’ve both been fine, just rather sleepy for a couple of days.

Likewise for me and MrB – he had a bit of reaction. So far for me all is good 🙂

Lucky you! I´m not old enough and have to wait for a while for the vaccine. Lovely spring sunshine in your photo. April is still playing tricks on us, 16 degrees and sun for a couple of days but rain and snow and lower temperatures in store for the rest of the week.

I thought mine was going to be much later so am feeling lucky today 🙂
And I know this April is like the Aprils of my childhood, all over the place weatherwise.

Good luck. Some people get really sick, many don’t, most are sort of in the middle. It doesn’t seem to matter which vaccine you get, either.

Thanks Marilyn, hopefully I’ll be okay. I’ve got far too much to do tomorrow and weekend for it to be otherwise!!
