It is quite a few years now that we were last in Birmingham enjoying a stroll in the early evening light. If you are up for a walk today why not revisit it with me, or maybe you would prefer to explore the museum where Wednesday’s buttons were found.

Thank you to everyone who has participated in Squares already, I am looking forward to sharing with you the first gallery of the challenge later today. Together, with the tag BrightSquare, we are supporting each other to be;
sparkling, polished, shining, clever, cheerful, colourful, astute, brilliant, sunny, glorious, translucent, distinct and clear
Thank you, Becky, for hosting BrightSquare. The light that you captured in your photo and the details in the building architecture are wonderful.

I would never get to visit some beautiful places unless I were strolling through blogs.
Take a stroll and visit my kitchen. Do it quickly ….. will only stay bright, clean and shiny for today. 🙂

I changed my square from a morning one to an evening one so it ties in with yours:

I was considering changing to Bright Night but that would have messed up my sequence of close up, telephoto detail and wide angle view.

Love how you, Cee and a few others have themes within themes. It is such a long time since i did that in squares

I didn’t start until day four or five when I realised that there was a sort of sequence by subject.

Ages since we were here. It’s a city well worth visiting for so many reasons. And your photos shows why.
Excuse today’s combination with Cee’s CBWC. Thoughts rather collided:

I agree it is well worth visiting, not on my people’s lists though I suspect
Always happy to see collaborative posts 😀

I love that very bright light we sometimes get in early evening. it works so well with the colour of your Birmingham building. I found some bright flowers https://somerville66.blogspot.com/2021/04/bright-squarechallenge-day-9.html

For some reason I have not receiving emails when you posted. Checked at your blog and somehow I am not following your blog anymore!! Sorted that out now! No wonder I missed the rectangle blog challenge!!!

Thank you so much – and do you know I lost about 10 people last week, and then they have all started to re-appear. It is most strange
