There are only a few days left of January squares, and I have lost count of how many different interpretations of the theme we have had. I do plan to count them all up for the final gallery and so we can all see in one post just how imaginative you have all been. It will though take me a while to prepare, so today I am going to go up, up and away over California.

Just in case you are not aware the theme for January Squares is up, and there is still time to join us with your own square – either looking up or with a hidden up. Visit the Squares home page to find out how to join us.
Don’t go away. ;(

Forget that question, I have just read the other comments. Where was your flight? I’d be hopeless at getting in and out of the basket, but I always thought a balloon ride over the Serengeti would be marvellous.

Getting in they offer steps thank goodness, and they can tip the balloon at the end to aid extraction!
oh going over the Serengeti would be incredible. I was flying over Napa, so we had all the vineyards below us 🙂

That must have been fun, but hard to do any wine tasting 🍷😂

awww thanks Amy. It is a very relaxing form of travel – so quiet and plenty of time to look around you in all directions

I’ve been lazy with my imagination lately, but am enjoying the beautiful interpretations of others. Maybe next month.

It is fine, we’ll be delighted to see you in the next squares. It isn’t until April though so if you are inspired by Sunday you’d be very welcome to join us for a singular square

So sorry, I missed this turn, but I’d to set up a few things in my mind. Hope to catch up in the next one!

What a lovely sight. They look so majestic I think – when there are lots of them together like that.
