Originally I had some very different stairs planned for today, but then I remembered these back stairs. They are some of my favourite Portuguese steps, not only are they are in a favourite place of ours but I also really like the semi circular design. You can discover more about them here, but before you go here’s another view of them.

Love the rounded steps Becky!

Lovely, crumbly Portuguese stairs. Safer than they look 🙂 🙂 Moving on today, hon. Hope it’s not so busy for you. This blogging lark can be a full time job too!

I don’t know what I was thinking other than since Ontario went back into lockdown followed less than two weeks later by a provincial emergency and a stay-at-home order I never know what day it is. They all just merge together.

I know this month is merging all over the place isn’t it 😦

I’ve been messed up since Christmas Day and New Year’s Day were on a Friday. I kept thinking both were a Saturday.

Well unless the day of the week is critical (ie bins being collected or something) then guess it doesn’t really matter

I usually swipe down on the tablet to check day of the week and date at least once a day.

oh you are better than me, but then I do have weekly bin collections and a fortnightly meeting which tend to help keep me on track at least once a week!

Part of the problem for me is that being in lockdown and as it’s winter we’re going grocery shopping when the weather isn’t bad so bins and recycling are the only fixed routine at the moment,.

It does say something doesn’t it when our recycling is such a momentous occasion!

I hadn’t thought of it like that. I was thinking that the car is being used about every 10 days on average. A fortnightly grocery shop and the occasional run into the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions.

Don’t think my car has moved since Christmas!

We’re out in the bush so it’s 10 minutes to pick up a prescription in the local town and 45 minutes to grocery shop.

Yeah I can’t compare, it’s a 10minute walk to both for me!
