A footnote as this is a 6WS! I am sure most of the Six Word Saturday gang know it is a Squares month, but just in case anyone has missed it. I am sharing a square daily and I’d love it if you did the same. The theme is kind, but don’t over think it as kinda anything goes as long as your main photograph is square in shape.
He is adorable and he knows it. Hope he is feeling better and taking his medication without protest. I know what it’s like giving meds to a 🙀

I think he’s only half a cat as he inhales his food without noticing the meds!

Haha 😂 well that’s good.

How old is he?

14 years, coming up to 15 soon. Not sure he’s going to make it into grand old age, there again he is so spoilt he might!

A good age. My last lot (4) lived to 13, 17,18 and 21.

wow 21 that is a great age – mine like two of yours have tended to get to the 17/18 years.

She was on medication for the last few years. Expensive, but fortunately living back with my daughter by then!

It’s the blood tests which are breaking our bank for Septimus. The vet now does them in house which is quicker but the price seems to have quadrupled!!

Yes. Vet bills are extortionate. Hope you have pet insurance.

Nope, never bothered . . . . . and so far been the right decision. Might regret the lack of it though with no7!

I never bothered either, but my daughter has since Pepper cost so much. It’s still expensive though.

Guess we notice the costs because our own health care is free

I decided it was the for a reflection today, https://travelwithintent.com/2020/10/03/kinda-happenin/
It’s outside the hotel I stayed in couple of weeks ago, and it’s a mural wall that I watch closely as it usually has some great art on it. But it had been blank for a while. Had I been in the hotel I’d have had a good view of this from the bar balcony, but a reflection shot from outside is more my kinda thing, anyway.
Hopefully talk later 🙂

PS he’s always sleeping these days! Currently on my lap so I’m catching up with everyone via my phone, whilst my leg goes dead because of the weight of him!!!

He looks solid, but nice to have him peaceful 🙂 🙂

I thought we’d soon see the lovely Septimus! Today, you’re sharing with my monthly blog post about the kind of books I’ve been reading. On the plus side, there are five squares …. https://margaret21.com/2020/10/03/six-degrees-of-separation-in-october/

It’s just lucky that I am at home alone for the next few days as well. Trying to think of enough to try and schedule a few if I can. Have the next two days already 🙂 🙂

So need rain. That’s part of the blues as I watch the bush turn brown once again and try to keep the water up to the garden with a dwindling dam 😦

Oh yes a very dry winter and early Spring with very warm days – around the 25 to 30C mark. Overnights into single figures. It is said that we are heading for a La Nina event hopefully
