Although it does feel quite different when you get close up and personal. What kind of beach do you love best? Mine is empty and sandy, with a falling tide and slightly windswept. Others may prefer rock pools, or perhaps one with umbrellas and comfy seats. Guess it all depends on your perspective!
White sands and blue water, Caribean style! But of course, if possible no people around!

It seems to have pasted your link and not the link to my blog. So here is the link to mine, fingers crossed it works this time.

No ocean access in Nebraska (lol)! Only lake beaches, which can’t compare.

Ahhh, yes you’re a bit land bound there!

I’m not much of a beach sitter, so I like a long stretch of empty sand for walking, but rocky tide pools are good, too. Here’s mine for today: https://grahamsisland.com/2020/07/08/beach-pea-vine/

How we like to enjoy a beach too, although we do like to throw in a few sand dunes for the occasional picnic!

My kind of beach is any kind that isn’t too crowded…at low tide so I can walk! Which is often interrupted by photo opportunities like yours. “Seashells at rest” 🙂
My contribution inspired by afternoon sun (and doing squats at the same time):

Definitely my kind of beach! Love your perspective here. I don’t find many shells on our Cornish beaches or at least not the ones on the north coast.

So glad you like . . . there are always plenty of shells on this beach, and sadly lots of plastic and fishing rope/wire too after a storm 😦

The fishing industry does seem to discard a lot of pollution.

I love these kinds of shots. I never look at your square until after I have my post ready to go. I did the beach today too. I didn’t include any of my “shell” shots though. They will make it at some point this month. This is a wonderful shot and makes me want to visit your beach. 🙂

Everyone seems to have had beach in their minds today – we are connecting unconscionably somehow 🙂
