A good place to while away an hour or two Hamburg is full of hidden delights; perfect for a short city break This city was an unexpected delight, so many fabulous corners, lakes, and arches to explore. Another snapshot from Bergen, I loved this city More wonderful memories from Bergen - a port that is full of history, beauty and modern science. More memories from Bergen; such a wonderful historic port It's only been 10 days but they're settling in well. Thanks again @cat_rescue_chippenham Strong shadows for my Squares Challenge today. A favourite from Norway 🇳🇴

Slowly rebuilding my resilience and discovering what my 'new' life might look like

Shadowy vista in Porto. Such a wonderful surprise to find @b0rdalo_ii installations in Miami this afternoon @wynwoodwallsofficial. If only I could afford one myself! There was a reason we took this photograph, but I've completely forgotten what it was! Today's #SquaresRenew for the @lifeofbb photo challenge is a favourite corner of Olhão Today, @lifeofbb for the #SquaresRenew challenge is sharing memories of our fabulous visit to Beja, and in particular Torre de Menagem. Over on my English blog, I'm running a #Squares photo challenge for the whoke of May. My first #SquaresRenew is a shot of low tide in the Ria Formosa, so I thought I'd share it here, too. What does a rainbow mean to you? For many it reminds them of a loved one, or is a sign of a promise and new beginnings. Memories of another glorious walk with MrB in the Algarvian hills. He enjoyed this one #OTD in 2019 A different angle of a view I have shared on this day before. It was a good day in 2019 as not only was there cake, but I was spending the day with MrB.
