For more information on the tag and squares visit the official squares page, but all you really need remember about this month’s challenge is a) the theme is squares of words with a light suffix, such as moonlight, plight, starlight, taperlight, daylight, sunlight, flight, and penlight and b) a square has 4 equal sides. So try and avoid sharing a light prefix and definitely put aside rectangles, like the one below!

I have a starlight that may not make it given the days left. The moonlight is written and ready to go so I’ll use it before the end of the month.

I prefer the moonlight. The starlight is nothing special other than being an hour and a half exposure. I have at least eight squares for two days. One of those two is going to be a sunflower, I had a sunflower left over from October so I don’t want two left over from different months.

That’s a possibility. Then people could post multiple photos, no need for a photo/title match up.

I still haven’t managed a moonlit square, and only week to go. This is a beauty, Becky – I like the composition which really recognises the dominance of the moon, and so suits the square.
I’ve gone with limelight, but found it hard to post as I was really missing “proper light”. I’ll be brighter tomorrow!

Great moon shot! I’ve saved mine for my final post.
I have noticed some odd interpretations of the theme this month. I tend to catch up using Reader and #januarylight, where anything with the right tag is included.
