I find it rather ironic that one of my favourite shots inside the Museum of Electricity in Lisbon is of natural light. Although if you look carefully you will spot a spotlight!

It is though daylight that is the elixir for our mind, body and soul.

Will it shock you that i’ve got some new bird pictures that are lovely natural light? A couple of them just won’t square no matter what i do, I’d have to cut off too much picture to make it work, but these are all late day winter light, which is very white. All the amber of autumn has disappeared.
I love the light from those windows. You could do the whole picture as just the reflected light on the floor and it would still be a great picture.

I love your bird photograph, so really looking forward to seeing them 🙂 and yes I know squares can be a challenge sometimes, still that’s what makes it so much fun!
And thank you so much for your lovely comments on the windows. You are not the first to say that about the floor 🙂

I always feel bad for people who have to work in places where they cannot see any natural daylight.

Likewise . . it is bad enough getting up in dark and returning home in dark, so goodness knows how they cope

Beautiful windows and I really like the view from them. The mountains and water. Very nice.

The shadows of the windows are every bit as attractive as the windows, themselves.
Love this!
