Up until now has always be the same place as we love being close to the markets in Olhao. We keep talking about going elsewhere but as of yet not found anything that is as large, in such great condition and where we want to be. However I will keep looking.

Must say it does look rather nice! And close to the beach too. Shame there are no shops or transport. Do you hire a car when in Portugal, or use public transport to get around?
We now hire a car, but on our first trip used public transport and had a great time. The train service is pretty good in the east Algarve, and there are buses between the major towns along the coast. Bit more problematic if you want to go exploring in the hills.
