16. So funny calling the Swamphen a chicken. I loved the comments. Not my favourite bird as Swamphens pulled out around 80% of the 1200 water plants we put in a wetland years ago. Love the photo Becky 🙂

    3. oh my your Australian ones clearly a problem. These Western ones are much better, although they do get through a lot of roots!

       The Blue Chicken is their French name, we call then Purple Swamphens 🙂
