We used to have some wild parrots in Bethpage, New York. They escaped when a crate of them was dropped at a nearby airport. I don’t know if any are left but survived for years. Also, there were some escapees near SF who last I knew were still surviving.

Yes they are. They are resident across quite a few European cities now, problematic in some because they’re edging out the native birds.
