Words of wisdom! We need to start. I found a few squares to throw at you. Cushioned with warm thoughts and wishes for the Christmas period. 🙂 🙂 A very merry Christmas to all of you!
Definitely need to start!! Loving your squares 🤶 have a fabulous Christmas back in Leeds, but what are you up to today? Looks like it is going to be lovely, and just look at the sunrise out there!
I suspect a beach will be involved. Our waistlines can’t take much more cake 🙂 🙂 Still awaiting our next door neighbour. Bless her- she was coming from Gatwick, just for a few days 😦 And it’s not such a bad thing to make Jude giggle. Thanks, darlin! Happy days 🙂
Oh no your poor neighbour. Horrendous start to a Christmas break, still at least everyone is safe and it looks as though they have caught those responsible.
Have a marvelous time on the beach, I must dash now to get MrB moving. It’s market day!!
Trying times back then, and I still remember the look on our teachers face when she had to tell us what happened to President Kennedy, and how she cried, very difficult to think about
Just can’t imagine that day. Must have been dreadful. MrB has similar memories to you, and so found the Library fascinating to go round as of course they focus on what he did achieve and also his brother’s achievements.

I love what was then probably a state of the art score board!

A brilliant quote, Becky. They are heavy, tiring words, but begin we certainly must!
The characters in my square today probably don’t know those words, but they have begun their daily tasks! https://travelwithintent.com/2018/12/22/tanzania-birds-in-the-right-place-at-the-right-time

I remember Walter Cronkite voice. As for the other names, I could not care less.

They were playing tapes of his voice there!

I remember listening Nixon’s watergate tape, the sinister laugh was a dead give away.

A good thought for an insane few days of news. Sometimes, I feel like it is ME going mad.

Beginning to feel the same here on this side of the pond. You are definitely not going mad, the world needs a reset button!

Seem for every step forward we end up two steps backward.
