A very subtle pink today, but one that is glorious and well worth visiting the Algarve for in February. It is almond blossom, and it covers the hills for about a month. Not only does it look fabulous but it smells incredible.

    1. Managed to keep going yesterday but there were moments when I felt like curling up, and think I am about to hit that point today too! Had a annoying morning unfortunately, however since lunchtime I have been playing catch up and can feel the irritability disappointing and love, laughter, and pink wow moments taking over 😀

  17. ooh, lovely. I’d like to smell that.
    On my way to the train station, I walk past a lone, rather sad-looking cherry tree with a few dozen flowers on bare branches. The flowers are very pretty, and pink of course, and every day I think “oh, gotta bring my camera before the month ends/before the flowers drop off”. Maybe!
