It is day two and I am feeling honoured because yesterday you overwhelmed me with so many pink entries and all were fabulous. Thank you so very much.

And also feeling a tiny bit proud as I have combined all three again. These bats in the middle of a park in Sydney look ‘in the pink’ to me, the tree is pink and I was ‘tickled pink’ when I photographed them 14 years ago!
A brilliant shot Becky – square or not!
And as Jude says, how kind of them to choose such a great tree
And I have my pink for you here: https://travelwithintent.com/2018/09/02/new-dreams-come-true/ I’m hoping all the dreams come true and everyone feels “in the pink”

Those big fruit bats are quite a frightening sight when they come in to roost at night. Very accommodating of them to find a pink flowering tree for you!

Hee hee, I am very grateful to them!
And yes I can imagine. Have to say when i saw them it made me slightly nervous about the rest of the trip . .. if something this big was at home in the middle of Sydney what would I find when I travelled further afield.

Oh, and just to mention, my pingbacks don’t seem to work on your site……

I think Becky has to approve them so they don’t always appear until later.

yes apologies . . was online this morning early and then been working all day. They should though all be appearing in the next 20minutes or so.

Hopefully they are now . . I try and approve all links twice a day, so if you pingback in between my visits it can be a few hours sometimes. Apologies.

That is an extraordinary shot, Becky. I’ve never seen bats hanging about quite so openly before, and in such scenic surroundings.
