Today is day one of my #SquareSky challenge for December, and how appropriate that it is a Friday as it means I can also join in with Skywatch Friday.

I think this is going to be as challenging as Square in September as not only is there an extra day but we have Christmas right at the end. To make it easier for myself I am scheduling with Algarvian photographs taken a previous December.  With the exception of three days, each photograph will have been taken on the same day of the month as it is being posted, which means occasionally you might be surprised by my choice of photograph. And today is no exception – just look at that grey! Yup ‘not every day is a sunny day‘ in the Algarve. If you want to join in then you’d be very welcome. The one rule to follow is your main photograph must be square.
